Are you your best friend?

És a tua melhor amiga?

Hello wonderful! 🤍

Of the thousands of consultations I've given, there's always been one difference between clients and their results: their mindset.

So I want to tell you:

You are not competing with anyone, it is you against you.

We live in a world of comparison and it's very easy to fall into the temptation of looking at other people and thinking, "I wish I were like that."

My father once said this expression: "The neighbor's oranges always taste better." And it's true... it's almost instinctive to want what we don't have.

But this is destructive. It's sabotaging. It's frustrating.

Therefore, NUTRITIONIST ADVICE: Focus on what's best in you. Value yourself. This inspires you to give your best day after day. For you. To feel good about yourself. To have great health. To feel light and confident.

Not for the neighbor, nor for the world on the screen, but for you.

I challenge you to write down 3 characteristics you like about yourself and 2 that you want to improve.

With positive thinking. Don't forget that you ALWAYS have to be your best friend. Your mind will be with you your whole life, so why not make it your best ally?
